35 Journal Prompts for New Beginnings

Whether you are entering a new year, starting a new month, or are simply inviting change into your life, new beginnings bring about promise and anticipation for the future.

When it comes to manifesting and creating your ideal life, you need to start on the right foot and work towards your vision in a healthy, effective way. Journaling is a great tool for this as it asks you to reflect, decide, and elaborate on your choices in order to see what your best path is.

Starting over can be challenging no matter who you are or where you’re coming from. It’s important not to get bogged down in heavy, negative emotions and instead, work towards embracing a bright future.

Use these prompts to guide yourself towards a higher purpose and align your path with that which suits your best self. Take your time when answering these questions and don’t forget to reflect at the end!
